About Me

Christopher Poe is a full time special needs teacher at a Gwinnett County Middle School. In addition to being a certified teacher in all content areas, Mr. Chris also has a degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling as well as a Masters Degree in Education with a specialization in Reading and Instruction. Mr. Chris has always had a passion for working with students with special needs. Not just with cognitive disabilities, Mr. Chris also works with behavioral and emotional challenges.

Mr. Chris has extensive knowledge of Assistive Technology. He can assist with programing devices and help students navigate them. Assistive technologies can help people with disabilities:
